Ordering from www.FortuneBella.com is simple and takes just a few steps. Simply choose from the drop down menu under Shop by brand, or choose category to browse, or search for the item using key words. Once you have selected your item(s), you will be guided through checkout and an order confirmation will be sent to you. For a step-by-step explanation of how to order, see below.
1. Choose from the drop down menu under Shop by brand, or select category on the left menu or type in the keywords at the search box.
2. Click on the product you wish to purchase.
3. Use the pull-down menu to select a size and attribute.
4. Enter the desired quantity.
5. Click on ‘add to cart’ to add the product to your order.
6. On this page, you can review all items you have placed in your bag and the quantity of each item. You may edit your order here and make changes to your order including quantities. If you wish to continue shopping, click ‘continue shopping’. Select ‘checkout’ when you are ready to purchase your product(s) and have finished selecting items.
Note: If available, promotional codes may be redeemed at this time. Enter your promotion code and click ‘apply’. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order.
7. You are now on the Account information page. If you are a new customer then you need to set up a user account, select ‘New User’ and you will be asked to fill in profile information. If you already have a ‘User account’, please enter your email and password. If you forgot your password, you can have it emailed to you.
8. You then will be going to a simploe page that includes 5 steps to check out. Please enter the address to where the product(s) will be shipped and CLICK ON THE ‘Recalculae shipping’ button. You will be given the shipping cost after that. You will fill in your credit card information with billing address. After that click the ‘order’ button will finalize the order.
9. You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of your order, including shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation from FortuneBella.com.

A sales tax of 6.75% will be added to orders shipped or picked up within the state of OHIO. No tax will be added to orders shipped to the other states in US.

We use UPS and USPS as our shipping service providers to ensure safe handling and timely delivery. Shipping cost is calculated based on UPS shipping calculator. We are also happy to provide free local pickup as an option to our customers that can make a trip to our Athens, OH store. Please pick your products up during our normal store hours within 7 days of the order date.

We want you to love the products we sell. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product is new in its original packaging and in a sellable condition. The shipping cost is non-refundalbe. Please repack the product in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our customer service department by calling 740-591-0758 or by email at info@FortuneBella.com to authorize your reason for the exchange. Our staff is available Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 5:30pm (Eastern Standard Time).
2. Write down the return authorization (RA) number given to you by the customer service representative.
3. Include the RA number with the following return shipping address (customer is responsible for the return shipping cost):
