General Return Policy

You may return most unused items within 14 days of purchase. The items must be in their original condition (unused and unwashed) and in their original packaging (with all tags attached). Once the original item arrives at our warehouse, we will credit your account in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts and shipping costs, if a free shipping offer was used, the actual shipping cost will also be excluded). After 14 days from date of purchase, a sale becomes FINAL and no return will be accepted. Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of FortuneBella.

Return of Sale Items

Regular sale items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Items discounted 50% or more and those specifically marked as "FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS" cannot be returned.

Returns Procedure

Please contact us by emailing fortunebella@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. After that you may ship the item back to our address. A return without a return authorization number will be refused.Please include a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip with any return -- without that information we cannot process your request. Please circle the items that you are returning on the copy of the sales receipt or packing slip. We would also love to know the reason for your return so that we may serve you better in future.If an item was purchased as a set, (for example a top and pants), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns of incomplete sets.Returns should be shipped to:Bella Studio, 1141 Grogans Mill Dr, Cary, NC, 27519 It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse. Please DO NOT request Signature Confirmation. We will process your return within a week, credited back to the form of payment used to make the original purchase, and notify you once we do via email. Most credit cards may take 2 billing cycles to reflect your refund, so please be patient.

Return of a gift

All above information is in effect when returning a gift. Please note, that we will only be able to credit the card used to make the original purchase.

Store Credit

At this time we don't offer store credit, all the eligible returns will be processed so that credit is given back on the original form of payment.

Damaged Items

We do our best to carefully inspect each garment and item in your order before shipping it out to you. Despite our best efforts, we sometimes overlook damaged items. If you received a damaged garment, please contact us immediately. Please do not ship damaged item back to us until you contact us.

Exchanges

To maintain proper accounting procedures and correct inventory, all exchanges are actually returns (within 14 days of purchase) and re-purchases through our online store.To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for or if time is an issue, it is best to place a new order for the item online even before you return the original item for credit back to the original form of payment. We're sorry, but we cannot "reserve" items in anticipation of a return.If you are exchanging a regular sale item (less than 50% off) for a different size, we will not deduct the 15% restocking fee from your return. Please make a note to us with your return reminding us that you have made a re-purchase against the return of the sale item.
